The JuanaPack is an automatic rotary filling and packaging system engineered for loading and orienting pre-rolls into rigid packages. The machine automatically indexes tubes and / or trays, orients the pre-roll, fills and indexes, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Labeling, robotics, capping, multi-fill are just some of the configurable options available.
Can operate several ways:

- Integrated with your current pre-roll machine.
- Manually load from your KnockBox right into our system.
Have your pre-roll machine feed the conveyor and our robotic system will pick and place your pre-roll into your desired package.
Fill Tubes and / or Trays
- Automate capping for tubes with slide caps, screw caps, and pop tops.
- Handle a variety of tray styles with customizable pack patterns including upright, inverted, and staggered orientations.
