Large format Flow Wrapping
The SleekWrapper F50 is built for large-format packaging, handling a wide range of package sizes up to a 500 mm web width on a stainless steel platform. It’s designed for high performance, assembled with industry-leading components, and easy to use, service and maintain.
Changeovers are quick thanks to a dual lug position infeed conveyor and an interchangeable forming shoulder, while recipe storage and recall on the color touch screen keeps repeat runs consistent. An integrated photo eye registers eye-marked film for accurate bag placement, and three servo drives, a serrated rotary sealing jaw and integrated temperature controls deliver clean, reliable seals.
The F50 runs polypropylene, microperf, multilayer laminated, co-extruded and foil films, and more. Its heavy-duty 304 stainless steel frame, motorized film unwind and exit conveyor, and latched infeed door for easy cleaning keep it durable and straightforward to maintain.
