The EndFlex Poplok All-In-One Case Packer automates fold & tuck tray formation. It extracts individual tray blanks from a hopper and guides them through forming plows, erecting side and end panels while simultaneously folding minor flaps. As the tray descends vertically, pneumatically controlled tucker bars fold and secure the roll-over flap. The finished tray then proceeds to the loading station. The integrated POPLOK PKR modular pick and place cell automatically top-loads products into the trays. Gentle product handling, utilizing vacuum or mechanical pick-up methods, ensures consistent tray loading, maintains product integrity, and accommodates a wide range of product sizes and pack patterns.
