The PopLok Top Sheet Feed is designed to erect large pallet-sized trays. It includes a forklift preload station, easy-load magazine, X-Lift Hopper, servo top sheet feed mechanism and color touch screen.
The forming section can automatically erect fold and tuck trays. The side and end panels of the trays are erected, while the minor flaps are folded as well. It can form up to 12 large trays per minute with or without a lid for any packing line.
